(November 24, 2022, 6:59 pm)Staff is very helpful and courteous. The units are clean, spacious and easy to access but very secure. The shelving inside the units make it easy to put breakables up and out of the way.

(April 19, 2022, 6:17 pm)We really appreciate WestKey Storage in Inglewood. They have been our go to for the last 10 years. There's been times when hardship has befallen us and they have been understanding and supportive. When we have needed to up size or down size our unit they were right on it and easy to work with in a changeover. They have often come by when we have been at our unit and stopped to see how we were doing (and pet the dog). They have given great advice which has been really appreciated so much. They really care about the people they work with and it shows that they enjoy their job. We have build a wonderful rapport with them and would never go to a different Storage place again.Just really grateful for a place that is safe and secure and feels like we are part of a family.

Arrived just after someone else and the lady said she would be right with me and was prompt and efficient with them. She didn't rush them or ignore me. Spoke clearly (even with a mask) and explained things carefully. I was on my way and on to my move soon.
