It’s just that the people who work there come to ask us if they can help us with anything, and we’ve been asked several times by them. I would rather have been left alone to shop and only would have asked for help if I needed it, but that’s the only thing I’d suggest changing. It would have been five stars otherwise; I’m writing this in hopes that they can take this into mind. This store has been one of my favourites, though, and is always a fun place to visit near Halloween.

(October 27, 2022, 4:17 pm)This store is amazing for obvious reasons that they have every costume under the shop. However, I want to share something else they did to help us out. Our son has pretty significant sensory issues - and we bought a costume that he just couldn't wear for a few reasons. It was our fault for not planning ahead - I had had surgery and couldn't get to the store so just ordered on a whim. When I went back to find something else, I ended up sharing our experience and although they don't take returns (for obvious, good reasons) he still was able to help us out in a way we didn't end up totally losing out on the money spent. As a parent of a child with sensory issues, it can become really exhausting to figure these things out all the time. He changed our experience.
I was also having trouble with the online payment system - it didn't seem to like my credit card. I really needed the delivery service as I can't drive after surgery, so they were able to help me figure this out as well.
This is a sign of excellent costumer service (which is hard to find these days) and a reasonable human being. Thank you so much. -

(February 25, 2022, 3:02 pm)We went there to get costumes fir a princess evebt. The lady was very informative and so helpful. They are on the pricier side but it’s a real costume. I checked Amazon and their prices were a little more but they are local and I got my stuff immediate so worth it!
