Never a call back never a warranty issue. Yes I have found defects. Every manufacturer has them. As an experienced installer I can identify these products prior to installation. Hire a professional!!
As for IKO products, Dynasty and Nordic line take the cake.15 year Ironclad warranty is hard to beat! I highly recommend IKO products.
