Very cool restaurant thats different from the all the usual cookie cutter places. Worth the drive from where ever you are coming from! 10/10. We will be back again.

(November 14, 2021, 6:03 am)The whole experience was fantastic. We went with a group of friends and had a great time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was extraordinary. Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a good steak...mine was amazing!!

(October 19, 2021, 3:18 am)The Bruce Hotel has been around for a long time, but this Saturday was only my second visit. We were greeted like long lost family and treated to the best food, service and what can only be called entertainment, in Alberta!
Kerri is a freaking blast and Karla is the sweetest. The owners Jay & Carlene have a winning combo with those girls!
Carlene's steak and the rest of the food that her & her kitchen put out is amazing and super filling! Jay is the coolest dude who makes a crazy busy night look effortless while taking care of everyone and charming them all along the way.
If you haven't been, Hurry up! It's worth the drive and all it's hype! The best steak and people in Alberta. Have a Bruce Banger, you won't regret it!

(August 27, 2021, 12:30 am)Check out the Bruce Hotel in Bruce, AB, which is about 100KM or so east of Edmonton on highway 14.
The hamlet of Bruce is home to the Bruce Hotel which is famous for their steak buffet dinner.
We recently went and had a great time. The hotel has lots of character, staff was lovely, there was a show and shine going on, and the buffet was delicious with tons of tasty hot and cold sides, delightful desserts, super drinks, and a sensational steak!
You need to make reservations in advance as they are very busy, but it's well worth the drive.
