Alex was very patient with us as we looked at various properties in the Westlock and Thorhild areas, always ready to provide us with fast market evaluations on the properties we were interested in, and giving us very honest and practical advice throughout the entire offer and negotiation process. His little tips along the way to guide us through the buying process were above and beyond, and very much appreciated as we lack the knowledge regarding acreages. It is clear to us that Alex really cares about his clients.

We were able to sell our house much quicker than I expected at a time where the market was very saturated with houses similar to ours. I would highly recommend him! Also his sidekick Lou is the best behaved dog you will ever meet!
