(March 5, 2017, 11:36 pm)God speaks through His word, His people, prayer, and circumstances...There are no coincidences with God, in my humble opinion..I believe God lined all of the above up, so I could fellowship at the Northlight Baptist Church...For those reading this post, the most important question to ask- Where will you spend eternity? Only "you" can decide, if you want to spend eternity in Heaven or eternity in Hell...Eternity is forever! Examine yourselves... John 3:16

(March 3, 2017, 1:39 pm)Northlight Baptist Church has been an immense blessing in my life, as I moved into the town of Athabasca without knowing many people. This group of people have truly become family, and every week they encourage me to keep close to Jesus. There is an emphasis on "sound doctrine", knowing what the Bible teaches about God, relationships, possessions, our attitudes, etc., and on living out the "Great Commission" to tell everyone about Jesus and His sacrifice on our behalf.

(February 24, 2017, 4:54 am)My family and I have been attending Northlight Baptist Church for over 3 years. When searching for a church we were looking for biblical teaching, discerning leaders and a group of people living out their faith in a real way. We found these things and much more in this assembly. We believe so strongly in the importance of "watching our life and doctrine closely" that we travel an hour every week to attend and are encouraged each visit to stay on course and fight the good fight. We are immensely grateful for this church and we are excited to see how the Lord will continue to use this assembly to reach Athabasca and the surrounding communities.
