When it arrived fairly quickly, I was disappointed to see that a small piece was missing from the factory sealed package. Barb went above and beyond with her customer service to rectify the issue. She responded to me immediately and diligentaly contacted both the vendor and than the designer herself on my behalf to get me the missing piece.
By far the best online store experience with the best outcome.
